I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). this is the cbc report of what happened
they note that most of the eyewitness reports have tons of discrepencies
it does need to be noted that although the idf boarded the ships at 4am, in that interview from democracy now that i liked to, that film maker stated clearly that they were surrounded around 11 pm....this wasnt a surprise attack...they had 5 hours
the interesting part of the cbc report is the interview with the coroner, where he determines none of the wounds from the bullets could have been fired in a defensive manner
if this is the case, all forensic scientists in the world must go to turkey to learn how to do their jobs....cuz this man is a friggin genius
you see...he determined this without getting any other data from the shooters or witnessese
and the world wants this event to be independently investigated?
as my uncles rebbi used to say when my uncle asked an inappropriate question....GO....TO....HELL

Ah, the myths about the cruel Jews! Every one is their victim... and hero. If you think Israel's enemies notice the contradiction, they don't. It serves their purpose in reaching the audience with whatever version makes them look good.
A good tale like that needs to be spread around and the world as every one knows, has found Israel already guilty of murdering "peaceful humanitarians." And Kenneth O'Keefe is their spokesman.
