Geert Wilders: 'Jordan is Palestine'
Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders gets it. Geert Wilders, who leads the right-wing Party for Freedom (PVV) in Holland, said last week he believes Jordan should be renamed Palestine. The Jordanian government responded by saying Wilders' speech was reminiscent of the Israeli right wing.The Jordanians and the Saudis are seething. Read it all.
"Jordan is Palestine," said Wilders, who heads the third-largest party in Holland. "Changing its name to Palestine will end the conflict in the Middle East and provide the Palestinians with an alternate homeland."
Wilders added that Israel deserved a special status in the Dutch government because it was fighting for Jerusalem in its name.
"If Jerusalem falls into the hands of the Muslims, Athens and Rome will be next. Thus, Jerusalem is the main front protecting the West. It is not a conflict over territory but rather an ideological battle, between the mentality of the liberated West and the ideology of Islamic barbarism," he said.
"There has been an independent Palestinian state since 1946, and it is the kingdom of Jordan." Wilders also called on the Dutch government to refer to Jordan as Palestine and move its embassy to Jerusalem.
Pamela Geller adds:
The idea of Palestine is a lie. There is no such thing as a "Palestinian." There were Palestinian Jews and Palestinian Muslims before '48. But no state. No history. No flag of this fakestinian narrative. That land is Jewish land. That history is Jewish history. That flag is the star of King David.Yes, indeed.
The Muslims narrative is patently anti-Semitic and wrong. Wilders, of course, is right.

Which yet again makes it crystal clear that neither the Saudis nor the Jordanians want a real solution to the conflict and want to keep the so-called "Palestinian issue" alive.Wilders' party just went from 9 seats to 24 in the Dutch parliament. I'd like to think that this is the start of something big in our favor in Europe, but I am still in shock that it happened in Holland.
But more importantly, Wilder puts on the table a narrative that even Israelis have been afraid to put forward for the last 17 years. But it's the correct narrative. 'Palestinians' are a fiction. (Read the post from this blog that I linked and Pamela's post and you should be convinced if you're not already). The whole idea of 'Palestinians' is just another way to vitiate the existence of the State of Israel. As 'Palestinian' politician Zouhair Moussein told the Dutch newspaper Trouw in 1977:
- The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.
- For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

The powers that be know Jordan is Palestine!
They not the Palestinians are the ones who need to be held accountable for furthering these lies. We have past and present heads of state and of all leaders of the free world, past and present U.S Presidents lied through their teeth for freaking terrorists and the House of Saud and all whom they represent. Yes, each had their hand in helping to turn a beacon of democracy, Israel into pariahship.
Lies are the new truth and truth is no longer applicable.
As for those who don't know this truthful piece of historical fact, they don't want to know. Period.
I hold my elected leaders responsible for this. For this I shall not find one bit of forgiveness. Furthermore, my party for being politically silent when the opportunity to show true friendship meant less then political card playing.
Wonder why I don't trust a politician by mere promises and feckless words of support?
If we learn anything it is to tell those politicians you can not gain my support with promises, only deeds.
When politicians and those in power (past and present) go beyond even Wilders and in public completely expose the liars and hypocrites (at any and all costs in the name of truth) showing step by step how the lies have been perpetuated and for whom, I will get that spark back in me. Better yet, the world will no longer be able to stand behind bold faced lies that demonize and destroy Israel.
In the mean time Abbas remains a man of peace even though it is a lie! The denier of the Shoah who honed his trade at the Munich massacre has his security forces march to the nazi goosestep thanks to the liars who changed lies to truth.
Jordan IS Palestine. One wonders why Israel's Stupid Jews bend over backward to deny this fact. 80% of Jordan's population is Palestinian. Israel is being asked to accede to the creation of a SECOND Palestinian state in its own country. There is only ONE Jewish State. How is that fair the Palestinians get to have two states while the Jews must be content with the only one they have? Its time to change the terms of the debate.

This is where i enjoy reading comments of others. Particularly strait foward answers. in addition truth or lie does not make much difference, because these two words both blend with each of what is important to who knows what is yours. To write the least and what is correct will lead to your king of glory of Israel without others stepping on the land that does not belong to them. And Yes, palestine is a neighbour outside of Israel boundries. This would be a great site to create.
May G-d bless him! May he be the first to take Europe back from its steep slide to accommodating evil.
I simply love Wilders! He has the intelligence and fortitude to speak truth to power. What a great man. He might turn out to be the Churchill of our day.
