The talks will go on, but the Arabs add more conditions
For now, at least, the talks will go on between Israel, the 'Palestinians' and US Special Middle East envoy George Mitchell, but the Arabs have already tacked on some more conditions.Hours after the Arab League supported U.S.-mediated talks with Israel, it began adding conditions, but no one apparently wants to be accused of saying ”no,” and the discussions are scheduled to resume, possibly this week.What could go wrong?
Palestinian Authority chief negotiator Saeb Erekat reiterated that the talks must end with a fulfillment of PA demands within four months, but Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad al-Thani said Saturday night that the limit should be two months unless there are clear signs of progress.

There is no chance of Israel agreeing to fulfill PA demands within two or even four months. And when the talks go nowhere, guess who will be blamed for their breakdown?
