Retired US General: Chemical attack coming at Israel this summer

Here's a disturbing interview with Major General Paul E. Vallely in which he warns of (among other things) a chemical attack coming against Israel from Lebanon this summer. General Vallely is the Chairman of Stand Up America US.

You can watch the interview with General Vallely here (Hat Tip: Will).

We got our gas masks this week. If you haven't gotten yours, go to the post office and get them.

If it comes from Lebanon, then that means Hezbollah...which means Syria will have at least allowed it, and Iran will have at least paid for it. If the attack happens, then I predict that at least one Biblical prophecy will come true:

Isaiah 17:1 "The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap."

I wouldn't give $0.02 for Persia, either.

And the Paleoswinians can pretty much forget about Jerusalem or anything else.

However, as much as I'd like to see those people get what they deserve, I'd far rather that no such attack takes place. Innocents always get hurt when venal people with power start acting more like spoiled children than they usually do.

Its hardly a coincidence the Home Front Command has completed the distribution of gas mask kits in Israel. As am I always fond of saying, nothing in the world happens by fate or mere happenstance. Ha Makom truly watches everything!

Looks like Israel will finally eliminate Hizbollah this summer.

I agree with Paul and find that chemical attack possibility not credible. ... Because, it would inevitably trigger an entirely justified Israeli response that would leave large parts of Lebanon, Syria and Iran uninhabited and uninhabitable for a long time. And the powers-that-be ruling Israel's enemies, while wicked enough, are well aware of that and they're not suicidal. It's called deterrence.
