Hezbullah fears Israeli defense drill really an attack

Hezbullah is moving its forces in anticipation of an Israeli defense drill that starts on Sunday. The weeklong drill will include a simulated attack on Israel's national water carrier by Hezbullah.
Hizbullah is moving forces in anticipation of the IDF’s planned weeklong civil defense drill, which starts Sunday, the group's commander in south Lebanon, Nabil Kaouk, said Friday.

...

“A few thousand Hizbullah warriors will not be able to go and vote in next week’s round of local elections,” he said.

Kaouk said Hizbullah forces will be prepared for all eventualities and warned that if Lebanon is attacked, “Israelis will not be able to find any place to hide,” from Hizbullah’s retaliatory attack.
What they don't mention (but I saw elsewhere) is that Kaouk made this statement while sitting in his home with none other than Noam Chomsky.
