Netanyahu to make televised address
Prime Minister Netanyahu will make a televised address to the nation at 8:00 pm on Thursday night (about two hours from now) to inform the nation of his response to President Obama's demands.I plan to liveblog it.
UPDATE 6:37 PM
This is special. I just got an email from the Bar Association telling me that the Earth Day lights out hour is from 8:00 - 9:00 (sunset tonight is 7:17). I guess no one will be observing that one here.

Carl - it was an interview with Channel 2 and not a live address. That's perhaps why you gave up on the liveblogging you planned to do.
On the eve of a dismal weekend, there is one tiny bit of good news from Israel: only 3% of Israeli homes turned out their lights in honor of the pagan mother earth worship day.
I'd hazard a guess that's all the leftist Meretz voters left in the country.
