Thank you for being our friend

Remember this song? Let's go to the videotape...

I don't think many Israelis are going to be thanking Jordan's King Abdullah - with whom we have a peace treaty - for being our friend any time soon.
King Abdullah of Jordan said that the international community must take immediate measures to protect the holy sites in east Jerusalem from unilateral moves on Israel's part, according to Jordan's official news agency.

According to him, Israel's moves seek to alter Jerusalem's identity and constitute a dangerous provocation that threatens all effort invested in achieving regional peace.
I wonder what immediate measures our 'friend' has in mind.

What is Jordan's identity? I dont think I have ever seen a picture of a Jordanian apart from tourist shots of Petra.

And fashion magazines seem to fall over themselves to present Queen Rania as a normal, clothes-loving size zero.

Jordan might as well be an 8th century tribal outpost for all it contributes to any "culture".

Memo to Jordan: 1) you are a country invented by Great Britain as a gift to their beloved Arabs.
2)Jews have been here in Israel for a good 3000 years before you lot.

You muslims have already stolen Moses, Abraham, Noah, Solomon, Jesus and the rest, for your repulsive cult. So, hands off our history!
