israel needs to set up missiles and rockets in every town under palestinian attack...
and when a rocket is fired at Israel? Israelis should shoot back JUST as RANDOMLY at the population centers of Gaza....

Anytime a RESPONSE rocket attack is fired, Israel should send out a note stating that specific rocket/s were in response to an attack, thus being proportionate and timely in response...
