Some call Richard Richard. A website close to Fatah claims that Hamas militias are placing powerful IEDs near densely populated buildings in Gaza in regions far from the border with Israel, as part of preparations for war with Israel.They don't use human shields, do they? Richard?
It was reported that this is infuriating the residents and sparking clashes between them and Hamas members.
