Terrorist's father to sue victim's husband

Remember the video I put up the other night of the husband of a Kiryat Arba woman who was stabbed by a terrorist running over the terrorist?

Now, the terrorist's father wants to sue the victim's husband for driving over his son.

And I'll guarantee that an Israeli court will hear that case....

And the father will get survivor's benefits from Israel's Social Security Institute.

What could go wrong indeed

I thought that the summary justice meted out by the husband is the singular right course of action.

A terrorist is captured after committing a heinous act, attempting murder and mayhem. The only realistic policy is summary punishment. On the spot.

This will create a deterrent. Let the human rights people wail in anguish over the alleged rights of the terrorists, while they completely ignoring the human rights of the victims. No one asks the victims whether or not they want to be victims. No one respects the victims rights.

The summary justice needs to be at least as gruesome as their own act against their victims.

And if the parents of the terrorists wish to sue, countersue for aiding and abetting terrorism, by giving birth, aid, and comfort to a terrorist.

Stop coddling them and according them rights they neither want nor deserve.

I'd rather see the father sued and jailed for raising such vile monster.
