It is time for Israel to have the Death Penalty. Execution, cremation, ashes mixed with pig's blood (Isn't that the sacred Muslim way?), then scattering over the Med.
The murderers should be executed then handed back to Hamas. If Hamas harms Shalit - level Gaza!
I don't agree. the time for creating the sense that terrorists will be punished with death is every day. you must create a pavlovian alternative for cooperation even if you get the short end of the deal. punish terrorists with death... agreed. but if you don't have the courage to do it within a few years and want to create a prison system with these guys then you create a problem. be ready to trade any criminal you don't punish what he gives you... death.
for security. the death penalty for those that conspire to murder your children is fair. if you don't have the ability to do this then they become currency for bargaining and if you lose the exchange then it is because you were weak to begin with.
