Tit for tat: Israel to file war crimes charges against Hamas
Saying that it's inconceivable that IDF officers cannot travel to Europe while Hamas terror leaders roam free, the IDF says that it will file war crimes charges against Hamas leaders for conducting last winter's war while
hiding among the civilian population.
Defense officials said classified information would be revealed in order to prepare indictments against terrorists who had hidden in kindergartens, schools, hospitals and UN structures throughout the IDF's three-week offensive, resulting in civilian casualties. They added that charges could be pressed against dozens of Hamas officials within several days.
The officials stressed that it was unthinkable that IDF officers should be wary of arrest abroad while Hamas officials continue to travel freely around the world "as though they have been granted immunity."
However, the officials said that Israel would have to proceed cautiously: "We have to take all aspects into account, we must not be dragged into the sort of field our enemies are trying to drag us into."
Remember the rumors last winter that the Hamas high command had set up headquarters in the basement of Gaza City's Shifa Hospital? From everything I have heard over the last month, they're apparently true.

Israel should also prepare indictments against the PA "partner" who revived Goldstone. Its time to fight back with fire.
Big mistake. Israel should level them with whatever weapons it takes.
As they say: "after that, let G-d sort 'em out."
