Breaking: Hamas calls for 'day of rage' Friday to 'protect' Jerusalem

Israel Radio reports that Hamas has called for a 'day of rage' in Jerusalem on Friday to 'protect' Jerusalem. Magen David Adom - Israel's version of the Red Cross - has raised its alert for Friday to the highest level possible.

Friday is Hoshana Rabba, the seventh and final day of the Sukkot holiday (Saturday is technically a separate holiday), and a day on which some 50,000 people are expected to attend sunrise prayers at the Western Wall, below the Temple Mount where the al-Aqsa mosque now sits.

In the past, 'Palestinians' have thrown stones down from the Temple Mount onto the Jewish worshipers below.

In case any of you are wondering, I do not expect to be on the Western Wall plaza on Friday morning. On Hoshana Rabba, I pray in a yeshiva that overlooks the Western Wall plaza and the Temple Mount.

But my cell phone has a camera on it....

You could be right in the middle of history, Carl.

If any one is wondering, no the Israeli government is NOT moving to ban Israel's Islamist movement and strip Raed Salah and his followers of their citizenship and expel them from the country.

The Arabs have learned, thanks to Jewish timidity, that defiance of the Jews carries no consequences. Brace yourself for the worst tomorrow.

why not put snipers out to shoot people who try to murder jews with rocks?

it would only take a few palestinians to get shot to give them a "teachable moment"

It seems to me, if someone attempts to murder you, you have the right to use force to stop them...

use snipers, then arrest them, then fine them for the rioting, jail them and send the bill to the PA...

upon release from jail, (if they are citizens) strip them of citizenship & expel them from Israel

Day of Rage, or as it is otherwise known as...every single day of the week, month and year!

It would be shocking if there was a day of de-ragification, not a day of rage! That would really be noteworthy!

Only Arabs are angered at imagined Jewish offenses... mind you, not anything the Jews did.

No wonder they need a Day Of Rage to lash out at the Jews.

Are the Palestinians ready for peace? Not by a long stretch.
