It's time for the weekly Carnival of the Insanities and you can find all the latest crazy, zany things around the Internet by going over to Dr. Pat. She resides here.
Carl, 2 things 1. You're a hit on Free Republic. I started posting your blog, and now I have seen others do it. Congrats.
2. a topic going around town. If an Arab-American physician who is an abortionist, as well as friend of Arafat( past tense) and Chomsky, were running for president as a Dem, what percent of the Jewish vote would he get. My son and I say 55%. What is your take?
I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren. Four of our children are married! Before I started blogging I was a heavy contributor on a number of email lists and ran an email list called the Matzav from 2000-2004. Daniel,
Thanks.
I'd say 65%. Nearly all the non-Orthodox and nearly everyone under 60. Sad.
But at least it's not the 80% that Kerry got.
