The US army 'apologizes' for Koran desecration
This video will make you want to cry.An American soldier apparently used the Koran for target practice. This is the commander of US forces in Iraq begging for forgiveness. I suppose he had to do it to prevent them from lynching the soldier. He said that the soldier has been sent home. If any other religion's holy books had been desecrated this way, we probably would have a written statement from a lower level officer apologizing - not a plea for forgiveness from the commander.
