Victims' names
The Sabbath is about to start in Jerusalem, but as many of you know, I am in Boston right now.I wanted to post the names of the victims of last night's terror attack:
They were identified as: Yohai Lifshitz, 18, from Jerusalem; Yonatan Yitzhak Eldar, 16, from Shilo; Yonadav Haim Hirschfeld, 19, from Kohav Hashahar, Neria Cohen, 15, also from the capital, Segev Peniel Avihail, 15, from Neve Daniel, Avraham David Moses, 16, from Efrat, Roee Roth, 18, from Elkana and Doron Meherete, 26, from Ashdod.I also discovered a short while ago that one of them is the grandson of a family with whom I spent many Shabbatot when I was a foreign student in a yeshiva in Israel nearly thirty years ago.
The funerals of all eight fatalities are due to take place at 10 a.m. Friday.
May God avenge their blood.

Avraham David Moses was born in the United States.
And if G-d doesn't avenge their blood, then may the IDF do it for Him.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.
This is so sad.
