Second, more explosive film on Islam coming
A Dutch news service is reporting that amidst all the outrage over
FITNA, which was released last night, a second, more explosive video is due out on April 20. That video will feature the 'prophet' Mohamed as a
pedophile.
While the cabinet is losing sleep over MP Geert Wilders' unpublished Koran film, a second film is due out on 20 April. Ehsan Jami plans to launch a cartoon film featuring the Prophet Mohammed as a paedophile.
Jami, born in Iran, announced that his film, The Life of Mohammed, is due for release on 20 April. On TV programme Netwerk, the young politician (22) showed a screen-shot in which the Prophet, with a visible erection, takes a child to a mosque to have sex. On the mosque is a swastika.
The fragment is a reference to the relationship between the prophet and the 9 year old Aisha as described in the Koran, according to Jami. His cartoon portrays all kinds of other perverse and violent verses, he added.
That ought to go over like a ton of bricks.

That is the animated film, I believe?
I wonder if Salman Rushdie has a spare room for that poor guy.
And I hope that movie blows fuses around the globe.
Amongst other failings islamists are not renowned for their sense of humour...more stuff like Fitna and cartoons will drive them crazy...anything that shows them up is fine by me.

can anyone say "agent provocateur".
This kind of film is not really necessary - What does it accomplish? Does it enlighten or even entertain? Does it reach the level necessary for creative humor that the danish cartoons did (i.e. 2 women with only their eyes exposed and the muslim man with eyes covered. Or god stating that they are running out of virgins. That is creative humor. The juxtaposition of disparate ideas unified into a new creative whole.)
Too suspicious for me - the drawing skill is very amateurish - Remember the danish imam included a picture of muhamed as a pig interspersing it in the series of legimate danish cartoons, which when released and published in Cairo didn't create a problem. It was after he added his own that people died.
I disagree with censorship - but sometimes self-censorship should be a consideration.
