Just a coincidence? Lieberman's daughter interrogated

You all know I'm no big fan of Avigdor Lieberman (pictured at top left), but I'm sure none of you will think that this is just a coincidence:
Michal Lieberman, the daughter of resigning Minister for Strategic Affairs Avigdor Lieberman, was interrogated at the offices of the National Unit for Fraud Investigations Thursday.

Lieberman was interrogated for six hours regarding suspicions of corruption, as part of an investigation that has been going on for several years, in which her father was also questioned.

A separate criminal case against Avigdor Lieberman had dragged out for eight years and was only closed shortly after he joined the Kadima government.
For the record, on the television news, they claimed that the interrogation had been scheduled "several days ago." Lieberman resigned yesterday as strategic affairs minister and pulled his Yisrael Beiteinu party out of the government.

Is his daughter's interrogation today a coincidence? I think not.

Olmert is the most corrupt politician in Israeli history, and that is saying a lot given that he worked with Shimon Peres and Ariel Sharon.

Of course, if there were an honest media and court system, even tin-pot dictators like Sharon and Olmert would not succeed with their plans.

I think Bibi recognizes that reform is needed, whether he will have the courage to reform the government like he did with the economy remains to be seen (I have more faith in him than you, but not by much).

How ironic will it be to see Bibi back in office when there is a Clinton in the White House. let's hope he learned his lessons.

Coincidence? Nothing in Israel is a coincidence. The branja ARE corrupt but investigations into corruption NEVER touch them.

The justice system in Israel, dominated as it by the Left, hardly has clean hands when it comes to enforcing the law. Targets of criminal investigations invariably end up being right wing figures with a political or business association whom the branja wants to banish from public life.
