Haveil Havalim # 136 is rumored to be up

For reasons I cannot understand I cannot access it (or his blog), but Haveil Havalim # 136 has been up for quite a while now on Soccer Dad's blog. I've been waiting all day to post this hoping I would eventually gain access, but to no avail, and I have to run out to a wedding for a few hours, so I figured I should post it now rather than waiting any more. I hope you will be able to access it - I'm sure it is excellent.
