Board Games and Gaming Blog from Jerusalem, Israel - Yehuda: Haveil Havalim, Number 92 (or so)

Haveil Havalim number 92 (or so) is up. It's a fine review of many of the best posts by Jewish bloggers this week. Make sure to check it out. (I wonder if he's the same Yehuda Berlinger who is almost family to me. Somehow I doubt it, but you never know...).

Are you from Paramus, New Jersey? Do you have sisters named Brenda and Chaya? Do you actually live in Kiryat Sefer? Do you have first cousins in Bayit v'Gan?

My father is Eli Berlinger, who is first cousin of Cantor Eli Berlinger from Paramus, NJ. Brenda and Chaya are my second cousins; their brother Shlomo (also my second cousin, of course) lives in Kiryat Sefer. I see him at simchas once or twice a year.

My first cousins in Bayit Vagan are Avi and Robin Triestman, and their daughter is being bat-mitzvahed in a few weeks (I'll be there). Their son Rami goes to school with my son Saarya in Torah U'mada. Avi's parents, Hannah and Sol Triestman, are also very close and dear to me.

We are all descended from Naphtali Berlinger from Buttenhausen, Germany.

And you?

Yehuda (formerly Jonathan)

A quick correction. Cantor Eli Berlinger does not live in Paramus, NJ. He lives in White PLains, NY. His children are Naftali, Daniel, and Chani (Joanna). His brother Ismar Berlinger lives in Paramus, NJ. Ismar has four children: Brendle (not Brenda), Esther, Chaya and Shlomo (that's me).
