Lebanese army claims to have seized weapons from Hezbullah
Both the JPost and YNet are reporting that the Lebanese army claims to have seized arms from Hezbullah. Lebanese Defense Minister Elias Murr made the claim at a press conference in Beirut today, in which he also claimed that Hezbullah is cooperating with the army and keeping its armed 'operatives' out of southern Lebanon. Murr also stated that one of the Lebanese army's goals was to keep "the enemy" (i.e. Israel) from finding a reason to resume attacks on Lebanon. Murr did not specify the quantity, type or location of the weapons that were seized.Color me skeptical....
