Brother, can you spare a dime?

The 'poor Palestinian police' haven't been paid in months. So when 'Interior Minister' Said Siam of Hamas went abroad last week, you just knew he had to be bringing back a nice piece of ham cash for the Eid-el-Fitr celebration. Siam has apparently outdone even 'Foreign Minister' Mahmoud el-Zahar. In June, Zahar brought $20 million in cash into the 'Palestinian Authority.' Yesterday, Siam brought an estimated $50 million in cash into the Gaza Strip. But here's the funny part:
Upon his return to the Gaza Strip, Siam announced that his ministry had decided to give a grant of $50 to each policeman on the occasion of the Muslim feast of Id al-Fitr.

Khaled Abu Hilal, spokesman for the PA Interior Ministry, said the grants would be paid next week to more than 20,000 members of the police force.
By my math, 20,000 policemen at $50 per week makes $1 million. Where is the other $49 million going? (We all know the answer - I just wanted to highlight the question).

But let the Euroweenies keep showering these 'people' with international aid money. That will keep them from being too violent.
