'Palestinian youth' killed playing with his father's belt

A 'Palestinian youth' was killed and his friend was wounded in an explosion in the Palestinian village of Na'ama near Ramallah.
An IDF spokesperson said that the explosion occurred as the two were apparently handling an explosives belt, which belonged to one of the youth's father.You mean to tell me that you don't keep explosive belts around your house for your children to use?
The father was arrested by IDF troops Monday morning.
