30% of JPost readers don't know what Jerusalem Day is?
The Jerusalem Post has an online poll. You can take it from their home page and then see the results or you can go straight to the results here. Tonight is Jerusalem Day (really it's tomorrow night but the celebrations are moved up from Thursday Night and Friday to Wednesday Night and Thursday to ensure that there are no Sabbath violations on Friday Night).30% of the respondents in the poll (as of now) don't know what Jerusalem Day commemorates....

Incredible. Sitting here in a NY suburb, I know when Yom Yerushalayim is and why it is celebrated.
Perhaps it is readers in the Diaspora? Sad.
I will watch here and see if any mention is made either in the MSM and/or TV.
