Three Policemen, Dozens of Protesters, Injured in Sde Boaz Clashes

(IsraelNN.com) Police spokespersons report that three police officers from the riot squad have been lightly injured in confrontations with residents and supporters of the Sde Boaz outpost in Gush Etzion, near Neve Daniel. [Wasn't Gush Etzion supposed to be part of the 'national consensus'? What happened? CiJ]

Protesters reported intentional police violence directed at protesters, resulting in dozens of injuries.

Protestors from the Land of Israel Loyalists movement say that, as a result of the military's use of tear gas against the Sde Boaz demonstrators, they will make use of state-issued gas masks in their defense in the future. The gas masks were issued to Israeli citizens by the state as a defense against enemy attacks with chemical or biological weapons. [The gas masks are probably useless. They are long since past their expiration date as the government has not updated them after telling us to take them out of the boxes during the first phase of the US invasion of Iraq in 2003. CiJ]

"All red lines have been crossed by the defeatist government of destruction... [with] the use of gas against residents of Judea and Samaria, something that has not been done in the past," Loyalist spokespersons said.
