'A true friend of Israel'?

Here's Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird speaking at the Herzliya conference. The good news is that he stands alongside Israel. The bad news is that he wants to divide Israel in half and make it indefensible, and says that the status quo is unacceptable.

Let's go to the videotape.

Sorry folks but enough is enough. The 'two-state solution' is dead - and it's long past time for our politicians to say so.

There is no way in your lifetime or mine that Israel can or should make the suicidal concessions necessary to bring about a temporary 'two-state solution.' 'Temporary' because it would just be another step on the way to our destruction, God forbid.

Israel should be annexing Yesha but Israel's current generation of leaders are afraid to stand up for Jewish rights and to do what is right in the eyes of G-d.

That is why they mindlessly call for repeated negotiations with folks who view them as the descendants of pigs and apes and who if they ever had it their way, would inflict a Second Holocaust upon the Jewish people.

Its time for Israelis to face the truth: peace with the Palestinians is impossible and the stupidest man alive on earth, Space Cadet Shimon Peres foolish reiteration of misplaced belief in the PA leaders' peaceful intentions, does not change the fact it won't be attained in our lifetime.
