As Israelis bury their dead, Jew haters protest in London

An hour before the Sabbath, the Jew haters gathered outside the Israeli embassy in London to make their feelings known while Israeli Jews buried their dead.

Let's go to the videotape.

These people were also there (who makes the Sabbath for them or don't they bother anymore).

Just to understand... walking out to watch (and be credited to?) an anti-Israel protest would be unallowable on Shabbat? I'm only asking in order to try to understand the nuance of treachery vs. violating Shabbat, not to pick an argument...

Sunlight,

They couldn't carry signs, travel on buses, subways or cars, etc.

Demonstrating would also be considered 'uvdin d'chol,' a non-sanctified thing not worthy of being done on the Sabbath (regardless of the cause).

So they can walk and watch... Does their manner of dress and appearance count as a "sign" in this case, and the man's friendly wave as photographed, since it will be used (or at least photos) by the protestors to show that they support the protestors? Inquiring minds find this interesting.
