Moonbat lawmaker wants to make it easier for Israelis to join BDS

Zany Zehava Gal-On wants to label products made in Judea, Samaria or the Golan Heights labeled as such in order to make it easier for Israelis to participate in boycotts of goods made in those locations.
MK Zahava Gal-On on Sunday submitted a law that would require products produced in Judea, Samaria, and the Golan as such, in order to allow Israelis like her to more easily boycott such products. Gal-On said that she personally did not buy any products produced in Yesha or the Golan in order not to “support the culture and economy of occupation” associated with such purchases.

The Knesset is set on Monday to approve a measure that would prevent the government from doing business with any entity that boycotts products from Yesha and the Golan, or that participates in such a boycott by doing business with companies, local and foreign, that make a point of not buying Yesha and Golan products. Commenting on Gal-On's proposal, National Union Chairman MK Ya'akov Katz (Ketzaleh) said that "Gal-On's proposal reminds us of dark periods in Jewish history when we were marked for exile and destruction. She does not hide her hate and hostility for Israel."
Indeed. There is no Jew-hater like a self-hating Jew.

Jewish anti-Semites have a right to their twisted beliefs. What they don't have the right to do is advocate outright treason against Israel. I see nothing wrong with a boycott of Yesha... that is a legitimate ideological bickering. On the other hand, boycotting Israel is wrong, period.

I don't think Israel's suicidal Left understands the difference any more than it understands the difference between free speech and prohibited conduct.

What could go wrong indeed

Until this crap is stamped out in our own country, you can not expect the diaspora to effectively fight this in countries they do not control.

Unlike NormanF, I do see something wrong with a boycott of Yesha...becasue it's a very slippery slope.
