Terkel Committee wants to interview Mavi Marmara captain

The Terkel Committee, which is the second Israeli investigation into the Mavi Marmara incident, has asked to interview the captain of the Mavi Marmara.
Tirkel Committee Secretary, Attorney Hosea Gottlieb, has contacted the Turkish Embassy with a request that the captain of the Turkish ship Mavi Marmara testify before the committee.

Dr. Uzi Arad, head of the National Security Council, is set to testify Monday morning.
The story we have heard is that the captain did not know what was going on and did not approve of the actions of the IHH terrorists. But what makes anyone think a Turkish ship captain is going to testify against his own countrymen to an Israeli commission of inquiry?

The story is also here.
