Torah dedication in memory of Shlomo Netiv HY"D
I was asked to pass this on:
Translation: A Torah scroll written by the people of Israel will be dedicated in memory of Shlomo Netiv HY"D (may God avenge his blood) on the first anniversary of his death, 8 Nissan 5770 (March 23, 2010) in the village of Bat Ayin in the Etzion bloc.

What a horrible day that was. While the Marack administration is banging their heads over Jews building houses, I'm pretty certain that none of them have even heard of Shlomo Netiv.
