Iran has blocked a Russian SU-27 fighter from passing through its airspace on its way to a show in Bahrain.
Russia may not be able to showcase its Su-27 fighter to potential buyers at the Bahrain air show after Iranian authorities barred it from entering the nation's air space, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

An Su-27 bound for Bahrain was denied passage over Iran as it neared the border even though its flight plan had been cleared in advance by Iran's Foreign Ministry, the Russian ministry said.
Iran angry at slow pace of Bushehr nuke plant startup? Iran angry at lack of SU-300 anti-missile system? Iran just trying to flex some muscle?

Exactly "Hmmm"
Why would they forbid their biggest supporter to fly over?
Perhaps afraid they might spot something they are not supposed to see?
