The real apartheid
Isn't it ironic that America's first black President all-but-forces Israel into a policy of apartheid? Can you imagine what would happen if Americans were told that only white people could build in Peoria, Illinois or Selma, Alabama? We have enemies who are big and strong. But the defense minister and prime minister are apparently too small to contend with them, so they contend with us instead. That is how we were defined as the enemy. My family and friends were outlawed. Why? Because we are building in the Land of Israel. After all the permits and approvals, in recognized and orderly settlements in which a third generation has already been raised, we woke up one morning to the humming of drones in the sky, taking pictures of us and the situation on the ground. It is forbidden to build. Not even a storeroom. Not a kennel. In certain places, it is even forbidden to add an air conditioner.Read the whole thing.
The security forces have plans to cut off the area and act with paralyzing force; to achieve the element of surprise. They have a bank of targets that must be evacuated, and they screen mobile telephones to prevent us from calling up reinforcements against the demolition. This is humiliating, insulting and outrageous.
The freeze is an edict that the public cannot tolerate. It is not democratic, nor is it humane. It hits hard at the pockets of law-abiding citizens and embitters their lives. But at its foundation, either intentionally or by accident, is pure and basic apartheid - it is forbidden for Jews to live in certain places. It is forbidden to build. It is forbidden to develop. And it doesn't matter what the reasons are.

Its anti-Jewish bigotry that is the sole reason behind the policy. There is no legitimate rational or democratic policy justification behind the freeze. And the Israeli government is at least not insulting people's intelligence that its anything other than apartheid directed against the Jews. The world would be demanding such a policy be lifted immediately if it was enforced upon the Arabs. That says it all.

"The real apartheid" is a great article which makes perfect sense. Having said that we must come to grips with the 'almost' inherent hate for Jews which has haunted us by threatening our very existence, forever.
Truth means nothing when ones eyes are closed and a heart is cold. Hate trumps truth. There lies the rub.
A Palestinian Christian book store owner gets murdered by Palestinian Arabs and Israel is held responsible. Most main stream Christian's along with the media blame Israel for the plight of Palestinian Christians when they KNOW THE REAL TRUTH. But when one hates Jews "just because" truth means nothing.
Terrorists blow up Israeli babies and the world feels sorry for the terrorists.
We are fighting for our lives and the lives of future generations. But like swimming upstream is nearly impossible, flushing hate for Jews from the genetic make up of almost the entire world must teach us why all the reality we know of means nothing.
No matter how much we present where the real apartheid lies, it will be ignored because the world wants to ignore it because the world hates us.

I think back to the time at the height of the war on terror at the very center of the intifada of slaughter when Bush called for a Palestinian State and initiated the U.S led quartet of peace made up of arch enemies of Israel. That very moment gave wings to those who hate us to separate those who kill us as "justified" while those who kill Americans and others as terror.
There are millions of nonsensical examples which have gravely hurt us that have no rational justification but are now etched in stone as the new truth. The new truth as a benchmark to further push us into untenable corners.
Again, it is that "inherent hate" for us that not only obliterates what is true but justifies the outrageous hurtful behaviors of those who wish us ill.
I would like to add that when Bush made bad on his campaign promise that in his first month in office he would sign the embassy act, that alone paved the way for the world to get hung up on Jerusalem (our G-d given undivided capital)NOW being up for grabs in final status.
History and truth mean as much to the world as their transparent veil of hate (cloaked as 'peace') for us; for all Jews/Israel.
He is not the first black president. He isn't even the first biracial.
He pretends to be black so effete Jewish liberals can call bloggers like Carl racist.
He is a white raised biracial of half aryan and the other half mixed arab -nilo shaharan.
