Video: Civilians flee Hamas terrorist as he attempts to use them as human shields

Well, here's a video from Operation Cast Lead that I had not seen before.

In this IAF aerial footage taken during the Cast Lead Operation in January 2009, a Hamas terrorist repeatedly attempts to use innocent bystanders including children as human shields. The terrorist approaches a group of three children who run away from him and you can hear the operator call off the strikes, then the terrorist lies on the ground feigning an injury. Afterward the terrorist walks into a civilian compound and approaches a man who pushes him away, he then enters a civilian building.

The raw narrative is in Hebrew, but the summary above is accurate.

Let's go to the videotape.

I guess Goldstone missed that one too.

Absolutely absurd rules of engagement! They should have blown each of these cases to kingdom come when they had the first chance.

Stupid Jews!

Shy Guy, agreed. That rule of engagement is stupid. Someone evil should never find sanctuary. In fact, the Torah says if a murderer tries to wrap his arms around the altar to avoid being killed, take him away and kill him to maintain G-d's honor. The Goldstone Commission's perverse finding was G-d showing it to the Jews to their face for their failure to kill that terrorist!
