Terror cell tracked El Al crews in Toronto

Israel's Channel 2 (commercial) television reported tonight that a Hezbullah terror cell tracked El Al flight crews in Toronto in an effort to attack the crew. As a result, the terror alert level for Israelis in Canada has been raised to the highest level.
The alert level has been raised for Israelis in Canada after it was discovered that a terror cell was following and carrying out surveillance on El Al crews staying in a hotel in Toronto, Channel 2 reported Wednesday.

The cell was arrested and El Al changed the guidelines issued to its employees.

The security establishment said that the cell appeared to be planning an attack on the Israelis and said the terrorists apparently belonged to Hizbullah.
In July 2002, David Rosensweig z"l was murdered outside a Toronto Kosher pizza shop by a Muslim. At the time, many people thought it was a hate crime. This turned out not to be the case. But Toronto has more than its share of Islamic terrorists.

Hezbollah has a worldwide network. Its a reminder that Israelis can be attacked anywhere.
