Even Europe is worried about Obama winning

Until now, it seems that everyone outside the United States is crazy about Democratic Presidential nominee Barack Hussein Obama. Now it appears that maybe even the Europeans are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee (Hat Tip: Memeorandum).
European officials are increasingly concerned that Sen. Barack Obama's campaign pledge to begin direct talks with Iran on its nuclear program without preconditions could potentially rupture U.S. relations with key European allies early in a potential Obama administration.

...

European officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said they are wary of giving up a demand that has been so enshrined in U.N. resolutions, particularly without any corresponding concessions by Iran. Although European officials are eager to welcome a U.S. president promising renewed diplomacy and multilateralism after years of tensions with the Bush administration, they feel strongly about continuing on the current path.

"Dropping a unanimous Security Council condition would simply be interpreted by Iran and America's allies as unconditional surrender, and America's friends would view this as confirmation of America's basic unreliability," said François Heisbourg, a Paris-based military analyst with the International Institute for Strategic Studies. "A hell of a way to start a presidential term."
Change anyone?

The Europeans are realizing the necessity of having decisive American leadership. Another Jimmy Carter in the White House makes them have doubts about America's determination to defend its interests and stand beside its allies. Without American leadership, the world will be a more dangerous place. That's what it will be if Obama wins in the fall.

Now they know what it's like to be afraid your major allies are yellow, appeasing suck-ups. The shoe is on the other foot!

It's good to see some sanity in British politics. The terrorist monkey can not be negotiated with. The only reason to maybe talk to Ahmadamadmonkey in say maybe Switzerland is to provoke him by debating his ideology and criticizing his hatred. Force him to say lots of stupid and insane things which would be widely publicized thus educating more people to his ideology's insanity. This, I am quite sure, Obama would never do.

Ouch, Obama and the poor little Dems were hit a little too close to home by what GW said in Israel. It's one of the best things Bush has ever said. Bravo! And he didn't even have to mention the Dhimmicrats or any body's name.

So sure, then he folded in Saudi Arabia, but what he said in Israel almost makes that OK.
