Livni equates IDF ops in Gaza to terrorism

Israel's foreign minister Tzipi Feigele Livni today equated IDF operations in the Gaza Strip to 'Palestinian' terror attacks.
"Whoever claims that we must cease negotiations should be straight with themselves and explain how that would end terror," Livni said during a Knesset debate over a no-confidence motion proposed by Israel Beiteinu.

The foreign minister said that Israel cannot allow terrorism to be used as an excuse to end negotiations, just like the Palestinians cannot use IDF operations in the Gaza Strip as an excuse to freeze the diplomatic process.
Whose side is she on anyway? Not ours!

Tzipy Livni is the dumbest woman ever to be made Israel's Foreign Minister. That kind of moral equivalence one would expect to see from the State Department Arabists and from the Palestinians. I don't think Livni represents Jews in Israel. In her obscene equation of the IDF's defensive anti-terrorist operations in Gaza with Hamas terrorism directed at Jews in Israel, Livni has revealed she is the "foreign" minister - in the appropriate sense of being foreign to Israel's principles, beliefs, values and national interests. Even Ehud Olmert hasn't sunk to that level of stupidity - yet.

I think Livni is also Israel's only female foreign minister ever. And I wish I could say she is awfully dumb, but I fear that she is actually worse than that.

She's absolutely pathetic. Her public appearances and statements are getting from bad to worse. It started with a zigzag when the first part of Vinograd report was published, and while everyone was expecting her to resign and call for the resignation of the real estate agent (acting as Prime Minister of Israel) Olmer, she zigzagged and mumbled something that nobody understood except the fact that she has no intention to resign. Spineless politician with no values what so ever. What have we done to deserve this...or may be it is something we did not do?
