Palestinian Civil War Watch - Fatah security chief killed in blast

Al-AP is reporting that a Gaza security chief who was loyal to Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen was killed in a car bomb Wednesday. This was the second attack on security commanders in volatile Gaza in less than a week. No word yet on the car swarm.

The security chief killed on Wednesday evening was identified as Nabil Hodhod, head of the Preventive Security Service in central Gaza.

'Security officials' said Hodhod had just gotten into his car when a bomb went off. Hodhod was killed and his deputy wounded by the blast, the officials said.

Guess they'll need a new security chief.
