The doll probably screams "Allah u Akbar!", which whenever I see/hear videos of Arabs chanting that, I'm always reminded of old newsreels of 1930s Germans chanting "Seig Heil!"
Or maybe it's just crying & screaming, after having been subjected to that other quaint Arab habit, Female Genital Mutilation.
