2) The 86th Street station of the 1 Line (on the west side) does not look like the picture
3) Maybe that's a picture of the 86th Street station on the East Side (the Lexington Ave line), but there are no advertisement on the wall. It's a very heavily used station, so it probably has lots and lots of advertisements
4) it's probably a picture of the 86th Street station in Brooklyn, which is not a prosperous neighborhood so it would not have a lot of advertising. But I haven't checked the NY news yet this morning.

ReplyDeleteThere is no R line on 86th St in Manhattan. There is an R line 86th St subway stop in Brooklyn. Huge difference.
